At Bright Orthodontics we strive to deliver tooth-straightening solutions that allow you to smile with confidence. Let our specialist orthodontists treat you to a more discreet fixed appliance.

Ceramic (clear braces) are a fixed appliance, meaning they are bonded to your natural teeth. However, unlike traditional metal braces, the brackets are made of ceramic and blend to match the colour of your teeth for a more discreet option.

Benefits of Ceramic Braces

Ceramic braces work in exactly the same way as metal braces. As such, they are an excellent solution for even the most complicated orthodontic issues. We have precise control of tooth movements using high quality ceramic brackets prescribed by specialist orthodontists as per your individual needs. Due to advanced technology, the brackets don’t stain or discolour easily and our patients report on their comfort.

This is a popular choice for patients who have complex orthodontic issues which cannot be corrected with Invisalign®/aligners, especially when the treatment requires removal of teeth. Ceramic braces are opted by patients who want a budget friendly discreet treatment or who are not disciplined to wear aligners for 22 hours a day or who want the best possible treatment outcome regardless of visible or invisible brace options.

Treatment Times

Each case is unique, so treatment times vary based on the complexity of the tooth movement required. The typical treatment time ranges from 6 to 36 months. Specialist orthodontists are fully trained and experienced to assess the level of complexity of each case and you will receive advice from your orthodontist about the length of time you should expect to wear braces based on your bespoke treatment plan.
