Number of aligners required

Is Invisalign worth the cost?

Is Invisalign available on the NHS?

No. Invisalign is a private treatment. NHS orthodontic treatment in the UK is assessed using the Index of Orthodontic Treatment Need (IOTN). Where NHS treatment is appropriate, it is typically delivered using fixed metal braces – not clear aligners. If your child qualifies for NHS treatment, you can still choose private treatment including Invisalign, but it will be funded privately.
